By booking a session or interacting with Andria May Photography ("AMP"),
you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Session Fees & Payments

A non-refundable session fee is required to reserve your date.
This fee and all pricing will be discussed at the In-Person Consultation.
Session fees do not include digital files or printed products unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session once with 48 hours’ notice.Rescheduling due to weather

or illness is allowed at the photographer’s discretion.

Copyright & Usage

All images are the property of Andria May Photography.

Clients receive personal usage rights for purchased images.Images may not be altered

or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

Model Release

Clients grant permission to use images for AMP’s marketing and portfolio unless a written opt-out is provided.

Turnaround Time

Proofs and ordering appointments will be delivered or scheduled within 2–3 weeks of the session

unless another date is discussed before or during the session.

Ordering & Delivery

Artwork is custom-created and all sales are final once approved. Should a product be damaged from delivery

Andria May Photography will do everything to have the product replaced.

Payment is due at the time of ordering unless a payment plan is set up. A signed agreement with the terms will be provided.
